9. Paypal is a terrible company, and they're not a bank

They don't have to follow standard US banking rules, they just make up whatever suits them. I refuse to give them my banking account info, and I suggest everyone else do the same.

You don't have to take my word for this. Just Google "Paypal sucks" and see all the awful stories that have been posted about them over the years.
