I would recommend trying to play problem videos in a different browser or two (Firefox, Vivaldi, etc.) to see if the issue is your browser.

You might also try posting in the Computer Help and Support forum:

Hopefully some Android users will see your post and can offer some advice.

You might also want to check out some Samsung/Android discussion boards to see if your issue is mentioned. For example:
