HBO-MAX closed caption question. [View all]
I'm accessing HBO-MAX through Amazon Prime Firestick & I make sure the closed caption settings are off on Prime before switching to HBO-MAX, but when I get to HBO-MAX, closed caption is always on.
I found where to turn closed caption on or off, but how do you get the setting to stay. Every time I start a new show or re-start a show, I have to turn closed caption off again. It's driving me crazy.
It's amazing how bad some of these streaming apps are. It's too bad there aren't any standards. Netflix is the best, IMO, & should be the standard.
