3. Using Firefox on PC and had same issue. Cleared DU's site cookie,

closed browser, re-opened browser and logged back into DU (with password) - formatting is back to normal.

To clear the site cookie in Firefox: click the lock icon in the address bar, then click 'clear cookies and site data'.
