btw, IGNORE the "late notice" crap, that's another version of ACT NOW! so you don't contest the charges

OH and I am editing again to add DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, times, notifications, phone calls, etc.....let them know you have the facts and YOU MEAN BUSINESS
