I do need to work on the food part. I have fibro. and possibly CFS so I can only do so much exercise. I've worked up to walking an hour most days, some days 30-45 minutes, and I do this 7 days a week. You all have to remember I'm in menopause too so the weight is really easy to put on and harder to take off!
