I still have difficulty sleeping. My doctor said I have "industrial strength insomnia". Even if I take over the counter sleep meds, Ambian and another pill and I still suffer. So I smoke 90% Indica at night before bed and when I wake up 3 hours later and have to take them all all over again (twice a night). This is ridiculous. It takes 12 hours tonget 8 hours of sleep.

I haven't been able to sleep well since Middle School (that long ago).
