What I noticed after both was that reporters and attendees came out saying O'Malley gave the best speech and that they were really impressed with his commitment.

O'Malley's criminal justice reform proposal and speech has really been praised to high heavens by Black Lives Matters and other activists. I am so proud to be a supporter of his.
