I don't know very much about how these things are priced out, but given the nearly total destruction of the island, that sounds like a bargain.

And PUERTO RICANS ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS.

Jesus! I hate to shout, but there it is.

I once and only once made a brief visit to San Juan. I was young enough and ignorant enough that I didn't fully appreciate it, but I do remember that trip fondly. I'd love to go again, but don't know if that will ever happen.
