That is, quite literally, the stance that he and some of his supporters take.

There was no political history prior to his announcement to run in 2015. Except he was arrested once and there are some vague - and woefully misinformed - references to FDR.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
