This is someone reporting that someone else thought that Biden was considering...

And he never made such an announcement in March of 2019 or any time afterward, AFAIK, nor did HIS words imply that he had made this decision or commitment. It would have been stupid for him or any other candidate to make such an announcement as many voters would view this as arrogant and presumptuous of anyone who did not clearly appear to be at least headed for the nomination.

Abrams is not as qualified as some other candidates. I am glad that he never said he had made this selection.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
