It is a good place to live, much farther south than our home, but it was incredibly segregated in 1966, and somewhat less so today.

Lipinski's father was an Alderman, later a Congressman. He essentially gifted the seat to his son.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
