She's not responsible for everything, and not everything is her damned job, thanks for the sexist trope.

Guess what? Any member of the House or Senate can craft legislation and then work to get it passed. If this issue matters so much to BS, let's see him get off his ass, actually craft legislation that won't be torn to shreds, and work with others to pass it, for once in his lifelong slacker life.

It would be a refreshing change from his all hat, no cattle career to date.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
