Wartime president [View all]

I noticed that Trump said he considered himself to e like a wartime president. I wonder if he is trying to get that stuck in our head. Mainly because in the past people said it was difficult to remove a wartime president. Maybe he thinks that if voters see him that way they will decide to stick with him. Personally, I think he is wrong if Trump is running against Biden. I think because they know Biden and would likely feel safer with him (not erratic, measured, association with Obama years,etc).
