(96,043 posts)Urged supporters to continue voting for them, so they could have more 'leverage' at the convention. On past form, Sanders wants to be backed by disruption at the convention so he can strong-arm his way into concessions far greater than reasonable persons would seek, or allow if petitioned.
Other candidates simply employed the legal formula that allows them to continue soliciting funds to pay off their campaign committee's debts.
