A new deal has been struck by Senate democrats in the Lame Duck 118th congress to allow more of Biden's trial level federal district court seats to be confirmed before Jan3, but sacrificed are about 4 appeal seats that will be pulled by the Democrats to get the Republicans to agree not to delay any longer.
