17. You bet. Cobol was a reliable OS, but most, if not all, programmers are retired or gone considering 1960 was the peak.

Read any of the stories in links like this, and you will see the planning stages for these Cobol. What??? Take months, if not years. That is why anyone with half a brain follows the old adage: IF IT ISN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT.
