Is disability. Hands, eyes and ears - all need to be in good shape to interact with a tiny mobile computing device. That disqualifies a good slice of seniors.
Not to mention those folk who just refuse to be at everyone's beck and call at any time. I'm not contactable when I'm on the beach, in the garden, in the bush..... most of the time actually. Other peoples problems can wait until I'm ready.

You are missing the point. Many things will become (many already have) app-ONLY. Here in Sweden, in order to use
