Homeless people can be addicts. Hey! Let’s put some of the super wealthy drug pushers in prison. Oops, the GOP will not do that and even wants to put our states in the drug pushing chair (see Purdue bankruptcy plan).

Most homeless people simply cannot afford the rent.
