In a way, she could be right. "All the chemicals" would mean all the substance itself, because everything is chemicals. So the only way to "get rid of the chemicals in our food" would be to get rid of the food altogether.

If his policies have the effect it looks like they will, people will certainly find food harder to acquire. So there you go.
