2. A lot of people suffer from persistent back pain, often times, for their entire lives. However, I don't go and grab

a weapon or a gun, and shoot the insurance guy. I have always said, and I believe it, that once you have a back injury, you'll always have a back injury. Sometimes it subsides to pretty well no pain, but then it comes back again to haunt you. Regardless if you're active or not. Sometimes being active causes the back pain to reoccur. Maybe just bending over to pick up a piece of trash off the floor causes your back to go out. Millions of reasons why a back goes out.

I just hope that none of you suffer from back pain. It stays w/ you forever. I have a lifetime supply of Ibuprofen. Always will too.

My other half told co-members of a jury, that the guy that who was the plaintiff in a court case that they were judging on, for damages,
and claimed that he suffered from a 'back injury'...he was sitting STILL for the entire time.

You don't sit still the entire time. We all know how uncomfortable courtrooms are. You would be squirming around, etc., trying to get comfortable. If you suffer from back injury, you can tell...very easily.
