... every time I wonder, "why the hell are they doing that?", I remind myself this all benefits Putin, dragging the U.S. of A. economy down to what has been going on in Russia since the collapse of the U.S.S.R. It is time to stop kidding ourselves about the, "who, what, when, where, why".
