Just for fun I am auditing a college history course on the 1960s. The professor is a seasoned veteran even though its only a 100 level course. She allows NO use of a phone, AI or even Google for assignments or in class and says if she even gets a sniff of that....you are gone. Both my wife and son use AI for work but basically as a glorified encyclopedia and do some basic coding. They say they get so much incomplete and inaccurate info that they still have to go through and make their own complete and accurized version of what they want, it will never replace anyone although it does save time in gathering references and getting to a start point.
