9. "need to be trained for verbal combat in a male-dominate space"

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME??? There is so much wrong with that statement that I want to scream. Hey, rachel, why don't we talk about what happens to women who DO engage iin that verbal combat. Better yet, instead of talking about how ill-equipped women are, why don't we talk about WHY these are "male-dominated spaces". Why don't we talk about misogyny and patriarchy, the hatred for women, the forcible keeping them out of public spaces that we have been enduring all these millenia of patriarchal rule?

So damned disappointing.
