This is what I keep asking every time someone says "Garland" in the federal cases.

The SCOTUS with the SAME 6-3 fascist-supporters that we see today, were in place BEFORE January 6, 2021, and no matter when anyone started investigating, the result would have been the same.

Anyone assuming that the SCOTUS would have somehow not allowed the criminality to proceed at any point in time from right after the 2020 election and on, is dreaming. He appointed 1/3rd of them, and they have overruled the Appeals Courts that objected.
