THAT is the "Supremacy".
And as I have posted over and over - the STATES are responsible for "elections" and how they are handled and THAT meant the selection of Electors.
Why do you think that Congress had to AMEND the Electoral Count Act, which was done in 2022 (hint, partly because of that very problem of the Electors)? 
And with respect to Mueller - THAT was all done under Bill Barr and we know what Barr did with it - basically a "cased closed".
The obsession with Garland mirrors the DU obsession with Eric Holder and is just tiresome. These people are figureheads - as much as people hate when I call them that but THAT is what they are. Anyone who has worked for the federal government quickly learns that these Department heads come and go and a new one comes in to take their place eventually. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
