The only decision in the "algorithm" is "For You" and that's it. Everyone sees the same thing. Just like a webpage. List of links.
Even Musk joked about it himself.
The Economic Times is most recent and when I logged onto twitter this evening, after reading the ET article it appears they now have an algorithm, although very biased. On Jan 9th, I logged on and all it was Musk, Musk, InfoWars, Trumps Tweets. That was not an algorithm. That was a list of links. He must have put the algorithm back in because of pressure from the EU.
