45. Old-fashioned wooden clothespin people ornaments

Yesterday

my mom helped my sisters and me make when we were little. When my kids were little, my mom made us an ornament set of soft, cotton stuffed Beatrix Potter characters that she embroidered (Peter Rabbit, Jemina Puddleduck, Mrs. Tittlemouse, and Tom Kitten). A set of 24 punch out wooden ornaments that my kids and I sanded and painted. We worked on them together every weekend a couple of months before Christmas. One year the mother of one of my students knitted me a teeny tiny ornament set which were a pair of mittens, a sweater, and a hat. I couldn’t imagine how she made them so tiny and asked her. She showed me that she knitted them with toothpicks!! What a delightful thread this is you started and have enjoyed reading all the posts! Enjoy your holidays everyone!😊
