Until you have been a volunteer firefighter riding along in an ambulance with lights and sirens going and working with a paramedic and a deputy to keep a 10 y/o child alive until we reached the hospital then helping turn the child on a gurney over t the ER people, please keep "ridiculous" to yourself. The vehicle was going less than 10 miles an hour when it accidentally backed into the boy.

Oh, the parents arrived minutes after we did and they asked the doctor if their boy was okay. I couldn't hear what she said but I could see it in her eyes. I still think about it 40 years later. It still makes me turn away and tear up.
