Am I the only one who hates blood pressure machines? [View all]

they are quite painful. My former primary care doc kindly understood and took it himself, which doesn't hurt.

I'm an old lady and I feel pain more acutely now.

Also, wouldn't pain RAISE my b.p. even MORE?
