this is not the case with this plan. All this plan does is benefit Cianbro and the Canadian transportation system by providing a shortcut expressway between NB and Quebec. Spin it any way you like, Lucky, but this is another deal where we socialize the environmental risks and degrade a tourist/recreational asset of a relatively pristine part of the State and privatize/export the profits to benefit someone else.
