That description of the poll makes it the most reliable you can realistically get. ICM is a reputable polling firm.

By the way, 'stop the coup' was planned from 28th Aug, with the main marches on 31st - see eg: https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2019/aug/28/protests-sparked-by-boris-johnsons-plan-to-suspend-parliament

so, no, not 'before "stop the coup"'.
