Those are amazon reviews of the program you will see it is 99% positive. It is possible your browser is redirecting you to a bad site for the download.

I am almost certain you have an infection. Likely a program that was added without your knowledge. Like cuopon finder or something along those lines.

Given low tech though fixing this may be beyond my ability to talk you through it.
