11. Was more than kitchen. Converted interior hallways and doors to be ADA compliant,

removed tub and installed a tiled shower ADA compliant, installed a 21 inch ADA compliant toilet, etc.

I don't need any of this right now but I did it now in case someday I do.

Fired 3 contractors, the fourth one, who did an excellent job, even got the money back I'd paid to the first contractor. I used that $$ to buy a grand piano!

All in all it took almost a year but now that it's over it was worth it.
