3. So I got a matching used replacement, but it's tight to turn

can they be lubricated? I have the old one to take apart and it's relays driven by a rubber stem with a bump on it that moves around a rubber core. The old one was dirty but loose. Doubt it can be taken apart, but a little silicone spray lube?
