I especially love this...

Coincidentally, my mind has been on this subject for a few days now, after finding the lyrics (that I'd previously not understood) to an old song

The song was "Open Your Heart" by the Human League...

"Being an island, shying from trying seems the easy way, such an easy way. But there's no future without tears"

There's no future that does not include tears, so why play it safe? You're going to cry either way. Might as well take the risks rather than hide from the world
