and it's a fixed fee.

Stein has pulled in $6.5 million, and we know for sure that she's spent $3.5 million, leaving $3 million. A high end estimate for PA filing fees would be $150,000, based on 3000 affidavits at $50/each. I doubt she had 3000 petitions, and not all precincts were charging, so that number is probably high, so that leaves $2.85 million.

So, unless she's spent $2.25 million on legal fees, she should have plenty to file in Michigan.

Where she might have problems later is if the Wisconsin recount comes in at higher than estimated...if she's already spent the money in the account, she's going to come up short.
