29. Isn't there any law that says a clinically insane sociopath cannot be president?

How much more proof do we need to realize that this guy has extremely serious mental problems? I mean, besides being a world class asshole, he is fucking delusional. How can he be allowed to step foot in the White House, let alone run it?
